The purpose of this position is to maintain high Customer Service levels across the business for the Service Vertical. This position will ensure complete implementation of the S&OP process across the Service Vertical. This would include the Demand and Supply Planning Processes. The position will ensure that the National Warehouse for Spares is managed in an efficient manner. This position will manage the overall Inventory in the Supply Chain and ensure costs are optimized across the Supply Chain for the Service Vertical. The position will be responsible for Inventory Accuracy for Business Partners (1800 No- s) of the company.   Key Responsibilities : Manage the Demand Planning Process to ensure improvement Forecast Accuracy. Manage Customer Service Levels at Business Partner levels. Deliver the Finished Good Working Capital Agenda by ensuring Statistical Stock levels are maintained across the business. Manage the National Distribution Center Infrastructure need (space, A/C), Supply Chain Processes (FIFO, WMS ). Improve the maturity level of the the S&OP process to ensure smooth integration across the business for the Service Vertical. Develop and Implement IT solutions to enable Supply Chain to increase flexibility and reduce costs. Develop a system of measuring accurate and Timely Consumption of Spares at Business Partners.  2. KPIs : Success in this role will be measured through the delivery of objectives which are aligned to key business priorities   OBJECTIVE : MOP  a) CUSTOMER SERVICE : % Range Availability at Business Partners  b) WORKING CAPITAL : Inventory Days  c) PRODUCTION COMPLIANCE FOR SPARES : % Compliance  d) INVENTORY ACCURACY AT BUSINESS PARTNERS : % Accuracy of Spares   e) WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT FOR NDC FOR SPARES : Inventory Accuracy, Slow Moving Stock Reduction, Reduction in Warehousing and Logistics Costs.  f) S&OP INTEGRATION : Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Days, Range Availability, MPS Adherence, Improvement in maturity level  3. Key Relationships (Internal & External) : CEO for Service Vertical. Unit Heads. Factory Supply Chain Managers. Transport Vendors. C&FA. Commercial Finance. Business Partners. Competencies : Numerate and System Literate (Knowledge of SAP is a Preference). Good Planning and Organizing Skill with attention to detail. Able Negotiator. Ability to Influence Peers/Seniors.
