Senior Manager/Senior Consultant - Customer Analytics

Looking for Sr. Consultant Analytics to build Statistical Predictive Models and provide Advisory Consultancy in the Customer Services domain:

- Customer Acquisition : Target marketing, Campaign analysis, Customer behavior profiling & segmentation, Channel effectiveness Analysis, Propensity Modelling

- Customer Development : Customer Lifetime modeling, Cross / up sell, Next Best Offer analysis, Net Promoter score / Loyalty analytics, Market Basket analysis, Most Valuable Customer analysis

- Customer Retention : Customer retention analysis, Survival / attrition analysis

Job Description :

a) (raw) Data analysis

b) Build Predictive Statistical models

c) Translates insights into an analysis reports and communicate insights back to clients,

d) Develop paid PoCs (Proof of Concepts) working with client stakeholders and mapping their business pain points and problems to Analytics needs, and leveraging relevant tools and frameworks

e) Should have knowledge of R, SAS, Python
