Senior Manager - Seller Support Operations - F&B/FMCG - IIT/NIT/ISB/IIM/FMS/MDI (6-14 yrs)
This role will involve managing the end to end Seller Experience which includes Seller support Operations, Design & Process Excellence, Seller engagement/satisfaction, and Ops Support Functions.
1) Responsible for managing end-to-end Seller Side Experience including seller operations, seller product quality and seller satisfaction mandate.
2) Design implement and Execute SOPs to streamline the processes
3) Deeply understand seller challenges, implement new processes and contribute to ongoing process improvements. Managing Seller satisfaction, Seller NPS, and escalations optimally and effectively as well as customer-side quality NPS, packaging NPS, etc.
4) Roll out organizational goals/objectives with in-house and Partner teams and maintain strong relationships with Partner Leadership.
5) Work closely with various cross-functional teams that would include Product, Tech, Category, Finance teams, etc, to align on org and team objectives and socialize key ideas for the seller experience improvements.
6) Bring in scalable, long term, and global outside-in perspective while solving for seller issues, improving efficiency and reducing contacts.
7) Implement strong processes in all the Support Function teams that cater to Supply-side
8) Will be based out of Bangalore with frequent travel to Partner locations and Seller visits
What we are looking for:
A strong problem solver with first principle thinking, ready to get hands dirty while leading large teams, someone who eats, sleeps, and breathes ownership and is looking forward to being in an extremely high impact role.
Potential Backgrounds:
1) 6 - 12 years of quality & operations experience into F&B preferred, high growth opp-based start-ups.
2) Looking for candidates from Tier 1 institutes like IIT/ISB/IIM A, B, C.
