Senior Manager - Security - Internet/Online (8-14 yrs)
Job Description :
- This leader should have 10-12 yrs of experience. Should come from strong Security background with good understanding of applying technology to address & mitigate potential risk factors
- Should closely work with Corporate IT, Production IT (Technology) and Risk teams
- Should be proficient with proactive threat modelling, drive the building and adoption of new security tools and technologies while supporting day-to-day security activities, including vulnerability testing and remediation, risk management, incident response, security engineering and operations
- Should come with a comprehensive qualitative and quantitative approach to security with a mix of product, technology and commercial sense.
- Should conduct risk analysis or RCA to identify gaps in Compliance or investigate any security breach, find security bugs and help teams develop mitigation plans
- Ensure cloud security (production technology), security in development, product environment and on-premise infrastructure (corporate IT, calling / ops infra)
- Ensure authentication, authorisation, encryption and engage with ethical hacker to identify potential threats
- Help develop a secure software development life-cycle thought process in the engineering org.
- Should be an expert in system security/hardening and red/blue team approach
- Should have run bug bounties, catch the flag (CTF), do threat modelling
- Team - will manage a team of 2-3 (security engineers)
- Tech Stack - Java / open to any other language
