Job Summary The consultant's job will be to lead the entire SAP Implementation across and help reduce total cost of ownership, lower risk and improve operational performance, among other benefits with core ERP applications implementation.

Key functional responsibilities - Large scale transformation

- Large scale enterprise-wide transformation using SAP (S/4 HANA Retail & Merchandising, B/W, CAR, Hybris)

- Implementation and Configuration

- Business Process Reengineering through SAP Assessment and Fitment

- SAP Fitment Assessment and System Selection Advisory

- SAP Project and Program Management Upgrades

- SAP Upgrade, Roll-out and System Enhancement

- New GL migration Application, Support and Maintenance

- SAP Application Management Competency Review and Optimization

- SAP Effectiveness Review and Recommendations for Optimization

- People Management Communicate with Impact & Empathy

Job Requirements : 

Educational Qualification : Prefer an MBA/ CA

- Should preferably have throughout first class in the entire Academic background.

Specific Certification (if Any) - NA

Preferred Total Experience : 10-15 Years

Preferred Relevant Experience : Should have done at least 3 to 4 end-to-end Implementations experience as a Project lead

- Experience in blue printing

- Experience of handling large scale projects and large teams
