Position: SAP Finance Support Lead

Total Exp: 8+ Yrs

Office Timings: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Job Description:

- This is an expert level individual contributor role. Garnering executive support, working cross-functionally and aligning/managing indirect resources effectively is key.

- Provides technical and business consulting to business level managers on financial systems and operational processes.Promotes innovative design and delivery for financial services and business priorities.

Key Knowledge & Skill Requirement:

- Minimum 8 years SAP experience and/or acquisition integration experience desired.Experience in managing a team of SAP consultants preferred.

- This is a perfect role for someone who can design, implement and manage a program to deliver high impact results. Demonstrated experience in project management, finance and financial systems.

- Specialized in SAP FICO including integration with MM, SD, HR, TM, PP, PS, PM and QM Strong Solution Engineering Skills - Ability to define complex business problems, convert into solutions and fit into the overall finance system architecture.

- Must be system oriented & have an interest/ aptitude for developing skills in new applications.

- Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendationsDemonstrated strong leadership, communication, innovation, problem solving and organizational skills.Able to collaborate with customers, and have a strong desire to excel.Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

- Good interpersonal skillsAble to Multi-task and work under tight deadlinesPossesses in-depth skills acquired through advanced training, study and experience and internal recognition in specialty

Qualifications:

Qualification - Certified Accountant (CA/ICWA/CPA//CFA or equivalent) / MBA (Finance) SAP certification in FI or CO is desirable

Work Experience: 8 + years Post qualification experience including experience in people and program management.

- He / She should have completed 3 End to End SAP implementation projects in FICO area including General Ledger, Fixed Assets and Accounts Receivables,
