Role Objective :
- We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges.
- The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for the company who shall be managing Key accounts, farming them, ensuring order fulfillment & Customer NPS.
- The desired candidate must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry
Role Responsibilities :
- Account Management & Farming; The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills of managing key accounts and growing them into cash cows
- Numbers driven, should be able to sell the concept persistent selling and should be able to implement company's concept
- Project management skills to manage the engagement .
- End to end knowledge on Sales to fulfilment and Devise sales strategy for getting relevant B2B customers, nurturing them and converting them to consistent key accounts.
- Using Analytics and Market intelligence to enhance our value proposition for each customer & work towards ensuring increase in 'Share of business' across accounts & drive sales & operations across accounts pan-India
- Uncover areas in our target customer domain where we can add more value through our product offerings
- Plan, execute and monitor sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.
- Analyze data to extract information which needs to be present to senior stakeholders for value selling
- Cross-functional & key stakeholder management to drive multiple initiatives across the BUs - Work cross-functionally to structure problems, analyze opportunities, and develop solutions and actionable recommendations & results through a rigorous data driven process
Work Experience :
- At least 6 years of post-MBA work experience in role such as KAM, Account management & Farming experience in B2B etc
- Work exp in domains such as Account Management,Supply chain transformation, B2B commerce, procurement, digital transformation would be preferred
