Position Overview :

- Senior Manager - Travel & Institutions covers the management of these 2 channels with a specific focus on Railways & Canteen Stores Department.

- Key part of the role is working with multiple stakeholders to ensure business plan objectives are created and delivered culminating in annual revenue, profit and volume targets being achieved for the 2 channels.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, manage and monitor agreed business plan objectives to ensure profitable volume & revenue growth for Travel & Institutions

- Lead and influence the growth agenda for the total beverage portfolio for the Travel Channel. The strategic focus of Railways is to drive Recruitment through affordable Single Serve Packs. For Airports & Airlines is to profitably participate by providing visibility for our Premium Portfolio

- Utilize the Railways Channel to drive our World-Without-Waste agenda

- Maintaining centralized direct relationship with Railway agencies like Railway Boards, IRCTC, ISRDC for tasks like centralized listing, key projects.

- Drive thought leadership on world class execution customized for Railways channel & align Bottling Stakeholders on planning & resourcing for the same

- Maintain fair share at Airports & Airlines through HMRP Premium portfolio interventions

- Create Systems & processes to enable CCIPL to interface between CSD & Supplying Bottlers

- Maintain relationship with Key stakeholders in CSD organization & manage Listing of Packs.

- Ensure alignment with Bottler stakeholders to deliver on Fill Rates & other CSD specific requirements

Education Requirements: MBA from a premiere Institute

Related Work Experience: 8-10 years of relevant work experience preferably in Institution/ travel Channels. Sales/ Customer Management.

Functional Skills :

- Customer Management - Display high levels of influencing, aligning & executing plans through Collaborating for Value Framework

- Build effective relationships with the bottlers - high degree of influencing skills required

- Project Management- coordinating with multiple stakeholders for time bound delivery of Key Projects

- Financial Analysis & Effective P&L & Budget control
