Job Description
Designation: Senior Manager {Sales Trainer}
Experience: more then 6 years and should have himself worked in sales profile
Salary: upto 25 LPA
Job Location: Dubai ( 40% Travel to Middle East Countries and Malaysia )
Job Role :
- Candidate should have experience in giving mass trainings
- Assess relevant training needs for staff individuals and organization, in consultation with departmental heads, including assessment methods and measurement systems entailed.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and develop standard content for functional/behavioral/product training for each job family
- Organizing & delivering SALES (majority), product and behavioral training's at respective region.
- Conducting post training assessments and take corrective actions for the deviations observed
- Should possess good oratory skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate Excellent writing skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to interact at all levels.
- Elementary knowledge on basics of financial & investment products
- Proficient with MS Office specifically-Word, Excel & Power Point
