Senior Manager - Sales Support - Crop Protection

We are looking for person for sales support role for one of our prestigious client in India.

Job location - Hyderabad

The person would be responsible for India

1. Review, monitor & follow up for ODOS visit division, top OD customers, target to assist teams to collect old and sticky outstandings

2. Coordination for filing legal cases

3. To achieve average number of 8 visits per day per MO

4. Dispute resolution of dealer query follow up market visits

5. Monitoring, tracking the performance of focus50 and achieve targeted NRV

6. Supporting the field teams in usage of TIME, SFA, dealer portal and submission of periodical reports

7. Credit limit evaluation across all divisions, improvement in existing parameters

8. Improvements in stock forecast, ensure proper migration of TIME & SFA billing to SAP HANA. Coordination with it and field team to improve operational efficiency.

9. Regular monitoring with submission of monthly and quarterly reports on productivity performance of field force

10. Regular follow up on monthly/quarterly basis for smooth submission and liaison with logistics
