Budget is 15- 20 Lakh From a Tier1 - Tier 2 MBA college (preferably 2015-2016 batch), with good analytical skills and extraordinary communication skills. Located out of Delhi.


Leading Media House - MM Strategy

OVERVIEW : 


- Manage One India (National Accounts) Strategically - Business Planning, Agency Engagement, Monitor Performance, business analytics and drive revenue delivery

- Defining a comprehensive strategy, Drive One India Alliance strategically and ensure sales organization achieves overall OI target

- Lead channel business development and drive agency engagements to expand OI covering

- Building proactive, comprehensive channel strategy plans, partner business plans, and management of channel incentives

- Develop and manage appropriate pricing for all OI queries

- Identify new business opportunities for OI through Tactical opportunities - New clients/segments

- Insight mining for revenue growth opportunities

- Periodic monitoring and tracking for ensuring health of the business

- Track OI performance against targets on ongoing basis - Prepare monthly, quarterly reviews for management

- Track market performance of OI clients and maintain databases for revenue numbers, pricing and client base with 95% accuracy

- Min. 5 years of experience with 3+ years of relevant experience required

- Flexible, self-driven, and proactive

- Ability to conceptualize and drive programs from scratch

- Media planning & buying experience preferred but not mandatory

- Evolved competency in MS Office - Powerpoint & Excel

Edu : MBA from Tier 1 - preferably IIMs / FMS / XLRI

Exp : 5-7 years exp
