The incumbent should be full time MBA passed out from good institute with at least 2-4 years of post-MBA Sales experience in a reputed FMCG CPG / White Goods / Paints / Mobile Devices / Liquor Company/Tobacco
- The incumbent will be responsible for the development, execution of all long, medium and short-term sales strategies and programs ensuring growth via achievement of sales targets and achieving company's objectives.
- Executing successful brand strategies and obtain leadership for Company Give Strategic direction to the Sales team to optimize the overall productivity and performance, engraining the Company values in the team and aiming at making company the best managed company
- Forecasting market size & segment growth in the region to develop effective strategies to achieve the desired sales, market share and profitability in each of the segment
