Senior Manager (Sales) - Spare Parts (Construction Equipment) - UAE

My Client, an Automotive Major headquartered at Muscat (Oman) having a turnover of over $ 7 Billion USD are on the look out for a Senior Manager (Sales) - Spare Parts (Construction Equipment) to be based at UAE.

The JD is as under :

Job :

- To develop and implement comprehensive and innovative after sales activities of spare parts division (Construction equipment) to achieve divisional goals in a highly competitive business environment.

- To ensure high market share by maximizing sales through service network, sales counters, institutional customers and dealers.

- Close liaison with Principals, ordering and inventory management, pricing, promotional activities, etc. will be important aspects of the role.

Qualification : BE. Additional management qualification preferred.

Age : 40 to 45 years

Experience :

- Around 18 years of relevant experience, handling channel/after-market of parts business of Construction equipment, with large Parts distributors.

- Candidate should have worked at the senior management level for at least Five years of procurement or sales division.

- Should have experience in handling Key Principals and big Customers.Exposure to international business will be an added advantage.
