Skills Desired :

- Are a tech savvy, self-starter with a proven track record in B2B Enterprise Sales in a Start-up/Mid/large corporation

- Should preferably have experience in SAAS HRTech Industry.

- Have a minimum of 5 years in leading a team.

- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales

- Have a proven record of achieving sales targets

- Have exposure & experience in global sales (this will be preferred)

- Have experience in driving SaaS matrix. Growth in Monthly Run Rate (MRR); Driven Customer Retention

- Have a consistent track record of achieving monthly/ quarterly / yearly sales targets

- Are comfortable in an ambiguous, fast paced, and dynamic environment

- Lead and manage your team

- Articulate clear goals and set sales strategy to acquire enterprise customers

- Define & drive strong B2B enterprise sales & achieve your targets

- Gather market and customer information to meet with potential prospects and focus on winning prospects

- Create, build & grow strong sales pipeline with special focus on enterprise sales

- Identifying the new business opportunities in various sectors & markets

- Identify competition and build proactive action plan

- Understand the Customer requirements and provide customized demonstration based on their requirements

- Work on Global RFPs & provide commercials to the customers & negotiate the terms of agreements

- Align with Customer Success & product team to derive the customer satisfaction

- Ensuring timely update on CRM.

- Ensure Forecast accuracy by effectively managing the pipeline

- Achieve quarterly & yearly targets & be part of high performing sales culture

- Drive customer retention & grow business with existing customers by upselling
