Position : Senior Manager Sales (Rural, Rewards & Recognition / Training & Development)
Reports to : VP - Sales
Qualification & Experience:
1. Graduate / MBA from reputed Business School
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and persuasion skills; good at using PowerPoint / excel for basic analytics
3. 15+ years of FMCG experience,
Responsibilities:
Rural Sales & Distribution :
1. To Develop and execute S&D models for all the client brands in the Rural areas (OLP/OLM)
2. Conceptualizing and formulating various S&D Models of distribution in Rural
3. Continuous Increase in CP & Outlet reach so that we can reach 3 Mn Outlets in Rural
4. Monitor and effectively drive Rural coverage with Van operations
5. Deliver targets as per the Annual Business Plan for Rural
6. Designing Trade Promotion Programs & executing it with BH / CBH / ZVP
7. Driving share of shelf / Chilled Stocks with Retailers
8. Provide Inputs for Marketing calendar for the year ( BTL Activations, Merchandising, Trade Promotions etc.)
Rewards & Recognition / Training :
1. Prepare a Training Calendar for Pan India operations
2. Prepare a Training module for all designations of BH / RGM / AGM / GO
3. Conduct Sales Training sessions once in a quarter for all states
4. Design & periodically review Rewards & Recognition modules for sales team
5. Design and effectively execute Annual Rewards & Recognition programmes to effectively boost the moral of team for superlative execution
6. Periodically travel and provide OJT to weaker sales personnel in coordination with BH / ZVP
7. Have a dynamic approach to maintain minimal attrition rate across Sales organisation
