Job Summary Sr. Sales/ Sales Manager
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Bringing new business to the company, meetings with new clients, follow-ups regarding payments.
- Enlightening the music in a commercial environment the necessity of procuring public performance license for commercial use of music as per the provision of The Copyright Act, 1957.
- Identifying new opportunities to promote revenue growth of the organization.
- Monitoring and supervising the daily Royalty (License) fee collection from Hotels, Restaurants, Departmental Stores, Pubs, Discos, Event venues, Banquet Events, etc., through the licensing team all across the region.
- Taking frequent trips down to different potential areas of the Region for market proliferation to increase the visibility of the organization.
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach
- Endorsing new Lyricists, Composers, and Music Labels to the society
- Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly
Note - 2 wheeler with License required
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications :
- 6+ Years Experience
- Strong Communication Skills
- Bachelors Degree/PG
