Senior Manager - Sales & Marketing - Swiss & Hong Kong Market Our client, one of the leading manufacturers of luxury watch components in the world, is looking to induct a high performing Sales & Marketing manager to handle Swiss and Hong Kong based clients i.e. luxury watch brands ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES : - Key account management in Switzerland and Hong Kong Brands - Business Development in Switzerland and Hong Kong - Marketing activities in Switzerland and Hong Kong - To head the CRM team based in India, for export market - - Budget forecasting and monthly reporting of Sales performance - Track sales data and works to meet the sales team goals - To play a central role in creating a customer focused business culture. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS : - B.E/B.Tech + MBA from Tier 1/Tier II B schools with specialization in marketing or operations - At least 6 years of work experience - B2B sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing domain PREFERRED SKILLS : - French proficiency - B2 level - Strong B2B experience - Highly analytical and data driven - Experience with Salesforce/Zoho - Strong interpersonal skills with an entrepreneurial mindset ADDITIONAL NOTES : - This is a high visibility job where the candidate will be part of the top management and shall have a team of 4-5 members. - The role also involves travel to Switzerland or Hong Kong for a week every 45 days.
