Senior Manager - Sales & Marketing - Telecom Cables (15-18 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieving top line (revenue) as well as bottom line (PBT) as per budget, on a monthly basis, for Telecom cables
- Responsible for Sales and Marketing of Telecom cables, - domestic & export, for all segment: Projects, Industry, Contractors, Consultants, Dealers. etc. Increase market share in all relevant segments
- Develop plan for utilization of telecom capacities (including outsourcing opportunities) and road-map for growth in next three years; Telecom cables market opportunity assessment and business growth plan
- Competition mapping (Org structure /Marketing/Customer reach/ Locations & Capacities/Products etc.)
- Tracking the competition and their activities & track market trends and new policies
- Product portfolio strategy- gap assessment and action plan to bridge gaps; new products development
- Lead the telecom field team & develop their competencies. Drive journey plan & customer acquisition by field team.
- Develop and execute Key Accounts strategy
- Organise and participate in promotional activities like seminars, exhibitions
- Credit control, Receivables & FG Management
Experience & Competencies
- Experience in Sales & Marketing of Fiber Optic & Telecom Cables
- Result Oriented, Go Getter & having Sound Technical Orientation
- Excellent Commercial & Business Acumen
- Knowledge of Telecom Customers, ISP- s, Dealer's etc /Understanding factors influencing buying decisions of customer.
- Relationship Skills
- Good in Communication & Presentation Skills
