National Partnership - Sr. Manager Brand and marketing activities -&nbsp; - Understand restaurant partner's product offerings and market positioning to increase their business and inturn organization's pie share to partner business - Map partners- marketing offers to organization's marketing channels such as inapp promotions, SMS/Email to drive ROI driven campaigns - Liaise with central marketing function to drive partners- brand engagement campaigns through social media and other innovative ways - Monetize marketing properties and increase its share MOM/QOQ to overall organization's revenue contribution - Track ROI and relay it to partners - Be voice of the organization and align/influence partner marketing/promotion activities towards internal objectives Supply Role&nbsp; - Hunt and farm relevant national chains - Build strong partner relationships and ensure swift navigation inside partner organization - Sign deals and contracts achieving MOM/QOQ commission % targets - Manage a team of 4-6 sales and marketing folks - Be the voice of the partner to organization and recommend strategic and tactival moves to ensure organization's leverage and market positioning - Own WOW/MOM reporting and rigor to ensure impeccable execution downstream - Liaise with cross functional owners for various projects/tasks - Own and execute short duration strategic projects Desired Candidate: - Graduate/PG with 4-5 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management and/or brand management from Premier Institutes. - A competent decision-maker with the ability to develop and execute strategic/tactical plans - High sense of ownership - Great team player as well as mentor/learner - Analytical aptitude and comfort with Microsoft excel and PowerPoint - Ability to think clearly and communicate effectively
