Senior Manager - Sales & Marketing - Infrastructure Firm (5-10 yrs)

Note- Candidate must have experience of Renewable Energy Products for International Sales.

Job Description :

- To identify potential Distributors for the various regions, setting up the Distributor network and management of the same to achieve the desired targets year on year.

- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our product and to meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them

- Identify new markets for the company's products and solutions

- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products

- Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans

- Managing organizational sales by developing a business target that covers sales and meeting the planned sales target.

- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team and Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team

- Tracking sales goals and reporting results on periodic basis to CEO/ Board of Directors.

- Coordinating with marketing consultants to create social media communication strategy and implement actions to increase brand awareness and support overarching marketing campaigns and objectives through social media platforms

- Plan, organize and execute company participation in and marketing strategy for industry trade shows, conferences, and events

Top skills & proficiencies:

- Market Knowledge,

- Self-Motivated and capable of working independently.

- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete on a timely basis

- Excellent planning and organizational skill

- Develop sales budget and target

Typical Qualifications Expected

- A graduate or Post Graduate with more than 5-year experience in the relevant field with International Marketing & Sales experience in the SARC region

- An Engineering degree will be an added advantage.
