Our client is a food startup that is serving the traditional Indian snack with a modern twist. The startup is driven by young blood entrepreneurs who realized the absence of hygienic street food in India.

They re-innovated their favorite snack by reducing the fat and calorie content and inducing diverse flavors. Starting from a tiny kitchen and a QSR joint the startup now has its retail outlets in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Pune. They have business tie-ups with MNCs like PVR, CCD, and INOX and have secured a place in the frozen food section with a top e-commerce site.

The founders are a wife-husband duo with backgrounds in sales & marketing and biotechnology. They have put their heart and soul in the company and have turned it into a multimillion brand.

As Senior Manager - Sales & Marketing, you will be managing all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and reporting for different online sales/ aggregators/ Ecommerce Portals. You will be identifying opportunities and deliver effective strategies to generate results.

What you will do:

- Developing and implementing e-commerce strategy in order to improve sales performance

- Responsible for online promotions in Swiggy, Zomtao, UberEats, Amazon, Bigbasket, etc.

- Meeting with KAM regularly to access the promotions and plans

- Analyzing the promotional and marketing activities and guiding sales and operational teams.

- Working with internal team and management to come up with Strategic Roadmaps.

- Managing Everyday Operations and Business as usual.

- Running analytics on marketing spend to see how to get better ROI

- Responsible for Overall Accountability of P&L for the portfolio of different Service Providers.

- Responsible for Order Management and Inflow of sales.

- Responsible for Customer Retention and Grievance Addressed.

- Alliance Management - Building Strong Relationships with the Designated Brands

Required Candidate profile

What you need to have:

- At least 5+ years of experience in relevant industry (Online channel sales)

- Experience in managing marketing and operations teams

- Experience developing and overseeing different Ecommerce Portals

- Strong marketing and tech background

- Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC, Social Media Display and affiliate marketing channels is a plus

- MBA - Required

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Thoughtful, Creative, Presentable, Persistent, Flexible.
