Hospitality Senior Sales Manager


Role Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and profitability in the hospitality segment.

- Identify potential clients and establish strong relationships to drive new business opportunities.

- Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and client needs within the hospitality industry.

- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and proposal submissions.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting key accounts.

- Prepare and present sales presentations to clients and stakeholders, highlighting service offerings and value propositions.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, while ensuring compliance with company policies.

- Monitor sales performance metrics and develop reports to share with senior management.

- Work closely with the operations team to ensure successful implementation of services sold.

- Attend industry events and networking functions to promote Mindtel and build professional relationships.

- Provide training and mentorship to junior sales team members.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to service delivery.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality market and emerging trends.

- Participate in strategic planning sessions to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.

- Continuously assess and refine sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality sector.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to travel as required for client meetings and events.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Experience in training and developing sales teams is a plus.

- Deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.

- Results-driven attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.

- Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and client demands.

- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is an advantage
