Responsibilities:
- Achieve the business targets
- Developing rapport with architect and builders
- Develop contacts and establish a relationship with all decision-makers in the customer's office.
- Keep a close watch on the proposed projects of the customer and ensure the inquiries/ tenders are received on time.
- Submit quotes/ tenders, well ahead of the deadline.
- Keep updated of market information/competitors' strategy and inform the management periodically.
- Monitor the status of the quotes/ tenders submitted, and brief the management on its status at every stage
- Ensure the quotes/tenders are submitted considered in companies favour, through frequent interaction with decision makers, take them for factory and reference projects and orders are received.
- Adhere to time schedule on drawing submission and other documents to customers
- Coordinate with concerned department in the organization and ensure the customer satisfaction is met on pre-sales, installation and service.
- Ensure business contracts are in line with the company's established process and norms.
- Ensure the payments are collected as per terms of payment.
- Timely scheduling of projects to enable the factory to deliver on time and as per contract.
Desired Profile of the Candidate:
- B.E with an MBA and having 10-12 yrs of hands-on in KAM, Sales from a top MNC Elevator Manufacturing Organisations.
- Should be well aware of Mumbai/ Navi Mumbai Market
- At least 2-4 yrs of experience in team management ( 3-5 member team )
- Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
