Job Purpose :

- Driving end-to-end sales development initiatives for the Sales to optimize the customer base, maximize sales revenues across product lines and drive higher margins.

- Identifying the IT requirement of the Sales basis the overall departmental objectives set & circulated for a period and ensures driving projects enabling sales automation.

- Implementing and managing effective sales monitoring / review systems for territories/ region by developing and upgrading reporting formats / review tools.

- Developing the sales force capabilities and reward and recognition schemes to enable the sales team to take on higher responsibilities while performing at various levels within the function.

Major Responsibilities :

- Sales Development Strategy

- Sales improvement process / project management

- Sales IT process development

- Go to Market (GTM)

- Data & Business Analytics
