- Our client is looking for a dynamic Sales Leader to manage Sales for their Data Science division. The successful incumbent must be flexible working in shifts. Solution selling experience for US or UK or European region preferred.
- The candidate must have 8+ years of industry leadership experience in Data Science, customer engagement or analytics solutions sales experience.
- Creative problem solver with a unique mix of technical, business, and research proficiency. Must contribute to developing key strategies with significant impact on revenue.
- Ability to work closely with business leaders, define key business goals, and deliver on joint projects leveraging organization's expertise.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build key relationships with business, technical, and product leaders.
- Go To Market Strategy - Building frameworks, complex analysis of business/technology factors/competition, structuring the findings and delivering recommendations.
- Manage complex projects, build and promote healthy teams, training and mentoring people to achieve results. Interaction with cross functional members both from technology and business sides to arrive at the most appropriate business/technology needs.
