Senior Manager - Sales - Corporate Salary Accounts (2-3 yrs)
Job Role :
- Drive Corporate Salary Accounts business in the assigned territory through leading a team size of 40+ members.
- Leading the team of Relationship Managers to achieve new book acquisition targets and managing the existing book portfolio with the team of Key Account Managers.
- Achieve revenue targets by promoting X Sell of products like Credit Cards, Debit Cards Upgrade, Current Accounts, Trade Forex, GI, LI, Loans.
- Accomplish regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned region Assigning targets to the team, communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing individual productivities.
- Ensure productivity from the team members and motivate the team to achieve their KRAs and earn incentives.
- Mining of the existing base to achieve sales targets through a given portfolio, building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
- Ensure compliances in the sales sourcing by providing knowledge, training and updates to the team members.
