Senior Manager - Sales Compliance - Life Insurance

Purpose: To inspect policies as per IRDA guidelines, Code of Conduct, FGLIC processes. Investigate misspelling, forgery, fraud cases across all channels. Prepare and Maintain reports on all investigations and inspection.

- Regulatory changes update and governance adherence for the Sales channels

- Understand the language and then communicate to the Sales leaders and stakeholders- Bank partners, brokers

- Awareness on mis-selling, putting governance frameworks for partners and monitoring

- Devising strategy for all partners, get into their steering committee meetings

- Agreement for new partners/ Banca partners

- Monitor compliance policies and procedures, escalating any exception to the senior management

- Build up a positive governance and Sales compliance culture within the organisation

- To manage vendors & Third party distribution for Sales Compliance
