Job Description :

- You will be responsible for growth in New Customer Acquisition by building a solid sales team which appoints and manages channel partners & resellers, who sell our products. You are results-driven, and excited about building an incredibly successful sales engine alongside a fast- growing team

- Responsible for growth of the following in the assigned region

- New Customer Acquisition

- Active Channel Partners

- Active Resellers

- Sales Per Active Partner / Reseller

- Channel Management

- Identify, appoint, communicate with channel partners and resellers

- Channel Development - Training, marketing & sales support for partners & their team

- Market Development - Building relationships with CA, Accountants, Tax practitioners through physical meetings and events so that they become advocates of our product

- Hiring, training, daily tracking & performance management of each team member

- Acquire detailed product knowledge and ability to give detailed product demo

- Utilize and manage assigned promotional budgets to maximize new customer acquisition

Skill Sets / Requirements:

- Good verbal & written communication skills

- Good people and process management capabilities

- Working experience with SME businesses

- High achievement orientation. Takes full ownership of activities and outcomes

- Qualification

- MBA / PG / B. Tech

- Relevant Experience

- 5 - 8 years in sales, preferably channel management
