We have been retained by our client, a well established, professionally managed asset management company, to identify a Senior Manager- Banking and National Distributor Channel to be based at Mumbai. JOB PURPOSE : - To develop the banking channel by networking &amp; coordinating with various banks and national distributors. - To develop business plans and sales strategies for penetrating new accounts and managing existing high profile clients while maintaining strong relationships with partners. - To deliver service and monitor customer satisfaction on a continuous basis. RESPONSIBILITIES :&nbsp; - The Role is responsible for the bancassurance and national distributor targets. - Communication and campaign management for the banks and national distributors. - Managing relationships with senior managements of banks. - Design the reward and recognition scheme for partners and monitor the effectiveness. - Analysing the bancassurance and distributor business potential. - Planning and executing strategies to drive distribution through the bancassurance and national distributor channel. - Planning &amp; organizing product promotion activities with Banca and national distributor partners in co-ordination with marketing. - Working with product development team for development/customization of products for bancassurance and national distributor channels. - Developing strategies for new product launches. - Preparing &amp; monitoring periodic sales targets and driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals in the Banca and national distributor channels. - Develop and provide performance reporting and analysis to Banca and national distributor channel partners. - Organizing regular training programs for Channel Partners and Sales team using effective sales presentation techniques.
