Senior Manager - Sales Automation - BPO (7-11 yrs)

Essential Responsibilities
- Works with business teams to help identify significant sales process automation & optimization opportunities
- Document, analyze, validate and communicate business requirements
- Participate in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Salesforce.com and related internal systems
- Analyze and document business processes in order to facilitate smooth technology roll-outs
- Strong understanding of Sales processes like Sales Planning, Quota Setting, Sales Forecasting, Territory Planning, Sales Commissions, Account Planning and Opportunity to Quote
- Expertise in building reports and dashboards and ability to draw intelligence from it
- Strong expertise in Process Re-engineering, Process Optimization and Process Standardization
- Knowledge and experience of enterprise integration of CRM with other applications such as contract management, finance, billing
- Experience in identifying Test Scenarios, Test Scripts, preparing Test Plans and coordinating UAT
- Experience in working on Change Requests comprising of Requirements Definition, providing requirements walk through to dev team and coordinating with Business requestors for testing
- Exposure to master data management and contact master is an advantage
- Solid exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud and Pardot
- Good understanding of AppExchange tools
- Familiar with configurations
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 6-8 yrs. experience in management of business automation solutions in Salesforce domain (experience of a full SFDC implementation cycle is preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience using SFDC
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a lead system administrator
