Job Summary: Lead and manage Security Operations Center, Compliance, Audit. Provide direct support and guidance to the compliance team and internal and external business partners during the creation of Compliance Strategy, project execution and implementation. Key Roles and Responsibilities: SOC: - Primarily responsible for security event monitoring, management, and responses - Ensure incident identification, assessment, quantification, reporting, communication, mitigation, and monitoring - Ensure compliance to SLA, process adherence and process improvisation to achieve operational objectives - Revise and develop processes to strengthen the current Security Operations Framework, review policies and highlight the challenges in managing SLAs - Responsible for team & vendor management, overall use of resources and initiation of corrective action where required for Security Operations Center - Management, administration & maintenance of security devices - Perform threat management, threat modeling, identify threat vectors and develop use cases for security monitoring - Responsible for integration of standard and non-standard logs in SIEM - Creation compliance reports, dashboards, support the audit process, measure SOC performance metrics, and report on security operations to business leaders - Co-ordination with stakeholders, build and maintain positive working relationships with them - Support departments and help manage projects for implementation of information security management - Manages information security risk assessments and controls selection activities Internal and External Audits: - Responsible for Implementation of ISO standards, management of compliance tasks and projects which include ensuring quality standards, reporting, and process flow analysis, procedural documentation, and training - Research, develop and maintain training, operating procedures, and process analysis, based laws and legislations, industry's standards including but not limited to ISO 27001 - Develop and maintain all manuals, forms other documents as per the requirements of relevant ISO Standards - Performs internal audits based on regulatory and internal requirements - Participate in conducting comprehensive reviews of the business activities including performing and documenting internal audits as well as providing follow up activities to ensure adherence to written and approved practices - Provides recommendations on identified process gaps and serves corrective and preventive actions initiatives - Liaison with and offers strategic direction to related governance functions (such as Risk Management, IT,HR, Legal and Compliance) plus senior and middle managers throughout the organization as necessary, on information security matters such as routine security activities plus emerging security risks and control technologies. Education Qualifications, Experience and skill set required: - Graduation is mandatory - Audit experience with ISO 27001 - Strong knowledge on Risk Management based on ISO 27001 - Strong knowledge in information and communications technology - In depth knowledge of ISO and SOC framework and clauses - Experience in Network defending, Cyber security and Information security - Business-level writing and documentation skills - Strong command of the English language, both oral and written - Strong leadership skills - Critical thinking and decision-making skills - Experience working in a large fast paced organizational environment - Can work with minimal supervision - Should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications - Flexibility as regards shifting work schedule
