Senior Manager - Risk Management - CA/ICWA (8-15 yrs)

Leading FMCG company is looking to hire CA/ICWA (2002-2008 passouts) for a Senior Manager- Risk Management role.


Essentials -

Profile covers Risk Management relating to various operations of the Company, Internal Audit across Plants & Sales offices & Depots, Cost Reduction, Investigations, Vendor Audits, Background Checks and Special Assignments.

Responsibilities:

1. Internal Audit and Reporting for Plant & Sales Office locations and centralized processes at Head Office -
including follow up of earlier internal audits

2. Conduct detailed analysis in selected areas to ensure cost reduction - Across Plants, Sales offices & Head Office

3. Understand business processes - Create SOPs for various processes across functions, ensure their
implementation and continuous monitoring for adherence.

4. Conduct Internal Financial Controls related walkthrough and testing of financial as well as operating controls.

5. Review of accounting & commercial controls to bring improvements therein

6. Communicate effectively in writing and orally; maintain objectivity. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong people
management skill

7. Navigate SAP to extract, analyze data and draw conclusions

8. System Development projects e.g.: driving ERP implementation, Business Analysis tools

9. Conduct training programs at appropriate levels to create awareness of internal audit and risk

10. To carry out Special Assignments that may be required from time to time.
