Job Title Senior Manager - Risk Management

Job Purpose :

- Responsible for end to end Risk Management framework and activities from an overall risk mitigation perspective.

Responsible for all activities of :

a. Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).

b. Operations Risk Management (ORM).

Reports to Head - Risk Management

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :

- Monitor Implementation of existing ERM and ORM Risk framework.

- Establish and Review Key Risk Management Policies for the Organization.

- Risk Reporting & Management of Risk Dashboards.

- Submission of reports for Regulatory reporting.

- Review & Audit Controls across functions.

- Coordinate with all Risk Champions / HODs for periodic review of Risk Control sheets and chalk down a clear plan of action for risk mitigation.

- Work closely with CISO for Information Security Controls and implementation.

- Coordinate with HODs for timely reporting of Operations Losses and have a root cause analysis and plan of action in place.

- Identify and work on key projects for Risk Management.

- Explore areas of automation for key Department deliverables.

Knowledge/Experience/Skills :

- 12+ years- experience in the Insurance Industry with relevant experience in Risk Management.

- Sound understanding of Regulatory and Compliance guidelines.

- In-depth Understanding of Industry risk management practices.

- Sound Analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
