Senior Manager-Risk, Credit cards (Pre Acquisition/Post Acquisition)
Position Summary: Formulation of Risk policy, Dissemination & Adherence of Risk Policy across markets, managing distribution risk, maintaining loss rates within budget
Duties and Responsibilities:
Product to be managed:
Co Brand Credit cards
Managing Pre/Post acquisition risk for Co brand Credit card including formulating policy for acquiring credit card customer, authorization framework and refinement basis learning
Work with partner bank for refining/formulating above strategies and document
Managing distribution risk
Maintaining loss rates within budget along with monitoring Risk KPIs
Portfolio risk monitoring & management
Ensure continuous improvement/enhancement to systems (SFDC & Finnone) platforms by identifying gaps proactively.
Support product/business team in developing systems, IT development and improvement of the same and is line with business requirements.
Creating and publishing dashboards for key Through the door and relevant performance indicator and work with post acquisition team for appropriate action for portfolio management.
Travel to locations to understand market and refine and upgrade policy as per market requirement and after risk assessment
Working closely with RCU to minimize fraud risk
Building framework to continuously assess and evaluate system capabilities to eliminate operational loss
Monthly interaction & feedback mechanism with collection team to get ground level feedback on market/portfolio
Support business in various initiatives and promotions by enabling business growth and maintaining portfolio quality
Required Skills & Experience
Should have minimum 5-10 years of experience in lending business with specific experience in retail consumer finance
Experience in risk management is preferable
Excellent Team Management & Interpersonal Skills.
Understands channel/distribution risk
Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills.
Should be willing to travel
