Senior Manager - Risk Control - Life Insurance (8-12 yrs)
Role- Sr. Manager- Risk control (Policy Servicing)
Location- Delhi NCR
Required 8+ Years experience in the Policy Servicing department, having Risk control experience, Process and domain knowledge of life insurance.
Job Responsibilities:
Risk control & compliance
- Timely preparation of risk/control log
- RCA refresh activity - once in a year
- Timely completion of control testing
- Reporting of all incidents as per the TAT
- Timely closure of risk review items/audit observations
- Monitoring of SLA for Vendors
- Timely tracking and reporting of OPS Loss/ KRI etc
- As per the feedback given by Risk team
- Carry internal process/sub process reviews and propose control deployment/revamp to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Participate in Peer reviews for cross functional process understanding.
- Timely updation of CMT and provide rating in the CMT sheet
- Timely completion of periodic control testing
- Semi-annual review of controls as placed in CMT
- As per the feedback given by Compliance team
Salary offered: 12-15LPA
