Senior Manager - Risk & Compliance

Location : Powai - Mumbai

Reports to : Head - Risk & Compliance

Job Purpose: 

- Assist the head of risk and Compliance to design and implement strategy and framework along with business teams to ensure that benchmark in Risk Management within the group. 

- Management of Top risks covering business continuity planning, Information security and data protection, compliance and operational risk management develop best in class risk and internal audit talent for the group. Embed in the organisation a robust risk awareness and compliance culture

Person Specifications:

Essential :

- 9 - 12 years of experience in the Risk and compliance domain in financial services or IT/ ITES with proven track record in service delivery

- Ability to gauge risk and compliance impact of projects

- Experience in driving organisation towards attaining ISO certifications.

Desirable : Prior experience of working in the insurance sector

Essential : Certification in risk management and ISO certified - 27001/22301

Desirable : Experience in dealing with a Regulator (RBI, SEBI, IRDA or TRAI)
