Job Description :


Performance Management :

- You will be responsible for reviewing & overseeing a robust performance management system including - policies, processes & systems to ensure a fair, transparent & objective performance management in line with the organisation goals.

- Manage Goals Management, KRA Frameworks & work closely with HRBPs to drive effectiveness & standardisation of the process.

- Evaluate roles/jobs from time to time & provide insights on market movements & criticality of talent.

Compensation & Benefits Management :

- Drive the annual compensation review - increments & incentives in line with the performance framework with integrity, accuracy & timeliness.

- Monitor the internal pay ranges, undertake competitive analysis/compensation benchmarking, and market trends to provide expert guidance on salary movements, appropriate compensation and grade fitment of new hires and internal movements across all business units/functions of the organization.

- Design & launch competitive benefits programs in line with industry best practices beneficial to employees & ensuring optimisation of employee cost.

- Provide insights & analytics to stakeholders to enable better decision making.

MIS & Controls :

- Budgeting & forecasting of employee cost, total cost & productivity to company dashboards to relevant stakeholders on a quarterly, half yearly & annual basis

- Ensure all statutory obligations related to compensation are taken care within prescribed timelines.

- Conduct regular audit of Compensation data to ensure compliance.

Communications :

- Manage a communications plan with respect to all initiatives, policies, processes & guidelines to ensure success of initiatives throughout the year in a transparent manner.

- Act as an advisor to Talent Acquisition & HRBPs to resolve compensation related queries at the time of hiring, performance reviews & other related grievances.

Systems :

- Collaborate with HR Tech to create & deliver a seamless experience for employees in the areas of Performance Management, Reviews & Total Rewards.
