Opportunity in the function of Human Resources for the position of Rewards Specialist. You will be part of Rewards COE and will responsible for design and delivery of various Rewards and Benefit initiatives for the country. You will drive innovation and employee centricity in Rewards practices. You should have minimum 6 years and maximum 8 years of relevant work experience in full life cycle recruitment. The location of the job will be in Mumbai.

Key Deliverables

- Lead the design and implementation of pay and social benefits policies under the Share & Care framework.

- Lead job evaluation study and the annual compensation benchmarking survey

- You will use the market information to maintain and develop pay scales for an organization and support the Business in pay related decisions and salary proposals.

- Lead the animation and communication on the recognition and wellness program

- You will focus on designing and delivering regular communication to employees and on social medial to promote the various Rewards and Benefits initiatives

- You will be required to stay updated with the latest trends in the industry and actively network with peers in the industry.

- On a regular basis, you will be expected to formulate opinions, make suggestions about developments in matters of pay and benefits, and implement new innovative programs.

- You will managing International Mobility from and to the country

Professional Competencies :

- Min 3 years experience in Rewards and Recognition function

- You come with a strong business partnering experience

- You should be an operational master as well as strategic business driver

- You should be resourceful, an organizer and equalizer

- You should have good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

Key Relationships

- Internal Interactions - Human Resource Team, Support functions, Marketing, Finance, Commercial and APAC Zone team, International Mobility team, Other Country Rewards Teams

- External Interactions - Consultants, Agencies, Insurance and Wellness vendors

- Physical Demands (e.g. % travel)

- Local position. Travel will be limited and need-based

Education: MBA / Masters
