Only MBAs from Tier I XLRI / TISS / MDI) -(2010 / 2011/ 2012)/ Tier II colleges (SIBM P / SCMHRD / NMIMS / IMT etc) (2008 / 2009) batches need to apply Salary- Best in the Industry What you will be doing - Partnering with senior HR and Business Leaders as a rewards partner for a key business unit(s) - Acting as trusted advisor for all matters related to compensation for the business unit - Driving data based decision making - Implementing all rewards related rhythms for the business - Providing deep market insights on rewards to help drive the people agenda for the business - Leading a sub functional areas (for ex: Benefits, Stock, Market Insights etc.) for all of Flipkart - Seeking out competitive and varied market practices while designing plans that take into account our unique context and position in the industry - Build systems and processes for the sub-function that will sustain the next level of growth for the company What we are looking for - 6-10 years of HR experience with a strong learning orientation with at least 5+ years of experience in Rewards. Mix of consulting + line rewards experience would be ideal - Analytical/logical ability and a solution selling approach - Deep systems thinking - Flair for engaging with people and developing relationships and ability to work in diverse teams - Ability to program manage across complex situations/multiple stakeholders.
