Senior Manager - Revenue Strategy - Media (8-15 yrs)
Overall - Annual and Medium Term Planning
- Design the budget plan by time, bands and months
- Track and analyze actuals vs target
- Generate weekly category snapshot /monthly/quarterly reports based on sales reviews
- Analysis and Strategic Inputs
- Liaise with agencies to understand the channel evaluation criteria
- Understand competition in terms of pricing and client strategies
- Provide insights to the sales team in terms of various reports and analyses
- Provide input to the business development team while evaluating properties
- Identify revenue gaps and provide insights to the sales teams on how to bridge them
- Arrive at a pricing strategy thorough analytical breakdowns of pricing structures and sales funnels of similar competitor products and services and identifying specific strategies used in pricing models
- Sales Force Effectiveness
- Coach the sales teams on their day-to-day activities and answering their queries
- Develop tools e.g. deal automation software to improve the effectiveness of the sales team
- Provide inputs and support for sales reviews
- Candidates with sales strategy with digital experience is a MUST.
- Candidates must have good organization skills and ability to get things done by liaising and managing expectations
- Candidate must possess excellent time management, scheduling, and organizational skills, be able to follow procedures, work well independently or in a team setting, be adaptable to changes.
