WHAT DOES THIS ROLE HOLD FOR YOU ?? Key responsibilities will include: - Partnering with the Business team in driving the entire contract management and collections process. - Driving all the revenue and credit-related policies and SOPs along with business and controller team. - Driving the efficiency through tech automation of sales to the collection process. - Driving the customer onboarding process for the group entity. - Responsible for timely and clean Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and coordinating for resolution of Internal Audit observations with respect to sales to the collection process. - Responsibility for ensuring the book closing with respect to sales invoicing, accruals, collection and provisioning. - Provide actionable MIS with analytics/drill down to business owners, to enable timely collections - Leading the working capital management (Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)) - Driving analytics to identify the potential source of revenue leakage, credit risk of customer, billing errors and taking proactive actions. - Groom, coach and train team members. Work on their technical and functional proficiency enhancement initiatives.
