Senior Manager - Revenue Assurance - BFSI

- You will be responsible for understanding and delivering of projects in the area RAFM. Additionally, implementation of Revenue Assurance System and Fraud Management System to meet legal regulatory compliance around the Telecom nodes and Billing Systems from RA process.

- You will work very closely with senior stakeholders from different geographies to perform necessary leadership, analysis and design tasks related to the delivery of projects in respective domain relevant to transformation programs.

- You will provide end to end coverage from Network to Billing Assurance, Profile Assurance, Rating and Billing Assurance, Billing to Accounting Assurance, Fraud Management, Compliance and Financial Reporting.

- You will be involved in designing, and implementation of various RA controls for Postpaid & Roaming revenue stream along with providing design solution for configuration & validation of Bill Plan.

Qualifications and Experience

- 12+ years- relevant experience in revenue assurance and fraud management in telecommunication industry.

- University degree (Engineering or Computer Science)

- Experience from simplification and innovation projects and in driving BUs towards simplification & standardization.

- Have a solid background in understanding and translating business demand to IT Solution design and applying multiple technical solutions to business problems.

- Techno-Functional Leader with ability to manage direction for Application domain experts and ability to lead meetings with software development managers, developers, architects as well as product managers
