Senior Manager Retail Partner Acquisition and Success:

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies for entrepreneur network growth across targeted markets.

- Identify, qualify, and onboard high-potential partners aligned with brand values and business goals.

- Craft the strategy and marketing plans to run outreach campaigns and prospecting initiatives.

- Own the full lifecycle of acquisition, from initial inquiry and due diligence to contractual closure and onboarding.

- Design and oversee structured programs and resources to support entrepreneur success,

including orientation, training, and mentorship initiatives.

- Track acquisition KPIs, engagement levels, and early-stage performance benchmarks.

- Champion a culture of ownership, trust, and mutual success within the Entrepreneur community.

- Serve as a brand ambassador and primary relationship owner for new and early-stage partners.

Signs of a fit:

- Preferable to have a Master's degree in Business Administration from a Top tier institute

- 2-4 years of experience in business development,or franchise operations, or strategic partnerships, with PnL ownership preferably within the retail or consumer sector.

Key Skills:

- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of closing growth partnerships.

- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to balance growth pressure with empathy and relationship nurturing.

- Data-driven mindset and fluency with CRM, sales funnels, and performance dashboards.
