Senior Manager - Retail Marketing (10-20 yrs)

- Managing end to end Retail marketing & BTL campaigns in line with various events for key market/business period (store launch, festivals etc.) requirements & the brand promotion activities across all stores.

- Responsible for execution of store visibility (in-store & External ACP/GSB branding) as per brand guidelines across all pan India stores. Align local vendors to support speedy and cost-effective execution.

- Drive localized, region specific, cost effective BTL activities to enhance customer foot fall to stores.

- Responsible for New Customer Acquisition and driving footfalls driven by collaboration with various partners/ alliances with brands.

- Responsible for Customer Engagement through analytics driven projects on Customer feedback & post purchase behaviour.

- Responsible to maintain NPS, CSAT and high mystery audit experiences.

- Manage the CRM & Loyalty program- Initiated changes including defining CRM strategy through retail innovation & digitization of the program, monitor VOC (voice of customer), enhance engagement at retail point.

- Work with digital marketing team on content creation & promotion on social media for CRM customer base to achieve awareness, engagement and sales targeted as per customer requirements.

- Research and benchmarking of marketing campaigns (digital & non-digital) by competitors & other retailers

- Monitoring performance & impact of activations & prepare reports to communicate the same to management.

Additional Requirement:

- Having strong creative bent of mind, with ability to generate ideas to drive brand awareness and visibility.

- Has an analytical bent of mind and is able to understand data.

- Cross functional team management skills to liaison with both external agencies and internal stakeholders

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Self-motivated, open to learning with an extremely positive attitude
