Senior Manager - Resource Trading - IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI

12+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following:

- Should have experience across trading implementations across Agri commodities, metals, and some of the energy commodities (crude, refined products, gas, power) LNG experience will be an additional plus

- Solutioning, design and implementation experience in OpenlinkEndur/Allegro/Triple Point XL, etc. required. Additional exposure to other technologies will be ideal.

- Should have strong knowledge across all elements of the Trading value chain: Front office (deal capture, risk), Mid office (scheduling and nominations) and Back Office (settlements and accounting)

- Strong client-facing experience with a global exposure to manage internal clients and navigate different cultural nuances

- Should possess strong leadership skills in demonstrated settings in leading large teams/practices/portfolio of business

- Should have strong analytical, problem solving, presentation skills and attention to detail

- Should possess a team oriented and collaborative approach, and ability to guide and lead teams from the front

- Should be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm.

- Should be open to travel in and outside the country

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Tier-1 institutes)

- MBA / PGDM (Tier-1 / 2 institutes)
