- Must be strong in research analysis, company profiling, Competitive Benchmarking

- Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates extensive leadership, strategic and creative thinking, problem solving, individual initiative, and the following abilities:

- Managing a team to a successful project conclusion through problem solving global, enterprise-wide strategy issues.

- Developing high-yield work plans: prioritizing issues that drive the answer, developing creative ways to prove or disprove hypotheses, estimating time and resourcing required for work modules.

- Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of complex data, including market and competitor analysis (market sizing, drivers, and dynamics), customer analysis, strategic analysis, and business model assessments)

- Synthesizing complex data into meaningful insights and ability to readily grasp analytical frameworks and employ them effectively to either qualitative or quantitative evidence.

- Improving work processes: proactively finding standard setting for engagement execution, codifying and sharing new insights.

- Building productive and collaborative relationships with team members and proactively providing and seeking guidance, clarification, and feedback.

- Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently; to and/or for all levels of audiences, clients and internal staff and management.
