Senior Manager - Research

The Role requires person to bring in Capability of managing cross industry research - Operational accountability would include team management, training, research and resource management.

- The Sr. Manager coordinates with Regional and Global stakeholders to ensure alignment with global policies and goals.

- Participates as an active member of the Industry Team

- Manages team and customer issues in order to resolve issues

- Encourages Knowledge Management efforts

- Conducts research for internal stakeholders and regional offices

- Provides filtered and often synthesized research results

- Proactively works with Case Team Managers to understand the context of the case and specific case information needs

Mandatory :

Knowledge of Databases : viz., Bloomberg, factiva,factset etc

Preferred experience : Research of Industrial Goods and or Pharma healthcare
