Key Responsibilities - Manage the day-to-day operations of the teams work, including prioritization of activities - Assist with streamlining processing and ensuring that the team is compliant with standardized processes and procedures and meeting deadlines - Serve as second level reviewer of reports to ensure high-quality - Present analyses and analytical processes and procedures to a variety of audiences - Provide support to the sourcing managers by providing reporting / analytics on contract & licence renewals, spend, saves, compliance, progress towards goals, assessment of supplier proposals, scoring of submitted proposals for bids, etc - Identify, define, and develop data requirements related to supplier, supply chain and financial measures - Perform data assessments, validation, and enhancement activities - Provide meaningful and easy to use data that aligns to business needs including standard views, ad hoc analysis and data integration - Lead communication and change management activities associated with new and existing tools - Create, manage and own systems and tools roadmap and ensure alignment to Global Procurement strategic roadmap - Partner with Technology and Planning &amp; Analytics team to enable new data sources - Maintain a working knowledge of procurement, systems and data analysis best practices
