We are currently looking for a Sr.Manager-Replenishment for the largest Online Food and grocery store in India, to be based at their H.O. in Bangalore.

Candidate & Job Profile:

- Responsible for stock availability and vendor fill rates

- Responsible for inventory health and days cover

- Deliver campaign analysis to improve sell thru and reduce inventory

- Execution of end-of-season management plan

- Drive accurate forecast alignment with Demand planning and manage inventory of stock levels in stores to benefit both channels

- Partner with Category merchandising & planning to build and deliver regular (Daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/seasonal) category business & trading updates

- Drive the seasonal analysis of each category to drive business goals.

- Working knowledge of demand planning, allocation and forecasting tools

- Forecast Sales and Inventory levels on a weekly basis using ladder plans, partner with sales on field forecasts, work with Target counterpart on collaborative forecasts

MUST HAVES:

- Experience in category management at a top FMCG Retail is mandatory

- SCM - Responsible for the overall effective execution of replenishment activities by Specialists in his/her team

- Available to onboard within 30 to 45 days timeline

- Candidate must be willing to work from office at Bangalore location

- Should have completed post-graduation from reputed institutes.

QUALIFICATIONS: MBA in SCM from a renowned B School

Location - Bangalore

Salary range: Rs.22.0-25.0 Lpa
