Senior Manager - Regulatory & Risk/Compliance - Big4

- Manage the personal independence compliance audits process

- Experience in Investment surveillance and compliance

- Should have experience in effectively monitoring its people's adherence to SOX

- Communicating and explaining the risk policies to all the prospective partners

- Regular communications with Directors so that they remain in compliance with the firm policies per SEC/IESBA/Local regulations.

- Processing investment transactions, including significant people management experience

- Experience in Investment Operations, Trade Surveillance, Trade compliance

- Supporting senior management by handling various operational responsibilities

- Provide training on both firm and regulatory policies and internal processes

- Expertise on the Firms independence and related regulatory policies, and provide solutions to complex compliance issues related to such policies

Exp: 10-15 yrs
